Such an excellent job
Thank you and your staff for doing such an excellent job in the construction of our house. You will be happy to hear that most everyone who sees our house has nothing but compliments on the design and overall floor plan. Even though we came to you with a basic floor plan to start, Gary was very creative in adapting the floor plan to flow with the lot and making the overall appearance of the house more dramatic. What a great experience!
Far beyond any I have seen
Since 1981, we have lived in a home in Scottsdale that was designed and built by Calvis Wyant. Subsequently, we’ve had them build a guesthouse, gazebo and garages on to the property. As our children have grown and are starting college, we have had a second home designed and are now in the construction phase. Though I am in the homebuilding business and have many good choices, our experience with Calvis Wyant has led us back to their firm. We now have a record of significant service levels up to ten years following the construction of our first Calvis Wyant home. There is a level of concern for the customer’s home that is far beyond any I have seen in the homebuilding business.

Thank you for the recent repair to our home that you built ten years ago. I only called you to get a recommendation for someone to make the repairs; in no way did I expect your firm to feel any responsibility to do the job. I can assure you that when I have another home built, Calvis Wyant will be the one that does it!
Outstanding job
We have done the framing for Calvis Wyant since their first house. Tony and Gary demand superior work. Tony was a framer on my crew more than twenty years ago. He took his work seriously and did an outstanding job. I would not have made him pack so much lumber if I had known I would be framing his houses today! Having Tony work for me years ago was great, and now being associated with Calvis Wyant is a pleasure.
The experience was great!
We have built several homes and have always looked for a builder/architect team with long-standing relationships. We came to Calvis Wyant by chance. Downsizing, we found our Park Place home. It was to be the last production home of four with the same floor plan. Our Realtor assured us Calvis Wyant was a highly respected builder and the team was very professional and open to a few ideas we had to customize it. Over the next ten months we came to realize that this talented group of professionals know how to build custom homes that truly meet their clients’ needs. Although the four homes share a common floor plan, each home became special for each client. Our home is beautiful, the experience was great and we consider the team friends. We now understand why Calvis Wyant has often built several homes for their clients. We miss the people and the process now that it is over!
